You may use the site to get quotes, buy devices, book repairs and manage your orders. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, access other people's accounts or submit false information.

You need an account to accept an offer, buy a device or track a repair. Keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for the information you enter in your account.

A quote is based entirely on the answers you give about the device. It is an offer to buy, not a valuation of every device of that type. Where a model is not priced yet, we show it as "price on request" and come back to you.

Quotes are held for a limited period and may be re-issued if prices move before your device arrives.

When you accept an offer we create an order with a reference. You then send the device using the method chosen, or we collect it.

By sending us a device you confirm that you own it or are authorised to sell it, that it is not reported lost or stolen, that it is not blocked or blacklisted, and that it is not locked to an account you cannot remove. Please remove your data and sign out of any accounts before sending it.

We check every device when it arrives. If it matches your description, we pay the quoted amount. If it materially differs — for example undisclosed damage, a different storage size, a fault, or an account lock — we will tell you and offer a revised price. You can accept the revised offer or ask for the device to be returned to you.

• Devices that are blocked, blacklisted or reported stolen will not be paid for and may be reported.
• Account-locked devices cannot be valued until the lock is removed.

Once you accept the final amount we pay by bank transfer to the details you give us. Please check those details carefully — we can't recover money sent to a wrong account you have supplied.

Use the postage or collection method agreed in your order and keep proof of posting. Until the device reaches us it remains at your risk except where the agreed courier's own cover applies.

Devices we sell are used or refurbished and are described individually, including their condition. Photos show the actual item where possible. Stock is limited to what is shown as available; if an item sells out we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

Repair and upgrade prices shown are for the described work on the described device. If the fault turns out to be different, or extra parts are needed, we will contact you with a revised price before continuing. Please back up your data first — we cannot guarantee data is retained during a repair. Some upgrades are not possible on certain models, and any compatibility note shown on the site applies.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms.

The PN Gadgets name, logo, site content and photos belong to us. Brand names such as Apple, Samsung, Sony or Microsoft belong to their owners and are used only to describe devices.

We aim to keep the site available but it may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Prices and stock shown may change.

We are responsible for loss caused by our failure to meet these terms, but not for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything we cannot exclude by law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
